| Cnoc Mor is situated on the Ross of Mull in
the scattered hamlet of Ardtun which is 2 miles from Bunessan.
From Craignure leave the ferry terminal and turn left. Continue
for approximately 30 miles turning right just before the bay at
Bunessan village. Go over the bridge and follow the scenic coast
road for 1.5 miles. Cnoc Mor is situated on the right hand side
of the road opposite the phonebox.
Cnoc
Mor is in a fabulous location for exploring the island with far reaching views over Loch na Lathiach to the area on Mull known as The Wilderness.
From Cnoc Mor it is only a short drive to Fionnphort to make the
legendary crossing over to Iona. The South coast beaches, many
walks and wildlife are all on the doorstep.
Facilities:
- Sleeps up to 8 persons,
with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms
- 1 bathroom downstairs and 1 shower room
upstairs
- Oil fired central heating and wood
burning stove in the living room
- Spacious lounge with Sky TV, Video and
DVD player
- It is a well-equipped kitchen, with gas
hob and electric cooker with double oven, fridge/freezer,
microwave, dishwasher and all the usual appliances
- Separate utility room with washing
machine and tumble dryer and drying area
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are
included in the price. A
change of bed linen can be provided for extended stays
- Central heating and power will be
provided at no extra cost
- The
house is fully double glazed
and insulated to a very high level. No matter what the
season, or the outside temperature, the house will be cosy
and warm
- Off road parking is
available for up to three cars and is next to the house
- Available from Saturday to Saturday, plus
occasional short breaks
In line with
Scottish policy, the cottage is non smoking.
Prices for 2011
The cottage is available all year round for a full week from
Saturday to Saturday from Easter 2011
